  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery across Saudi Arabia typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 40 SAR is applied to all domestic orders.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery Issues: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligible Items: Only sealed products in their original, unused, and resalable condition are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or unsealed trading card products (e.g., booster packs)

  • Graded cards (regardless of seal status)

  • Custom or limited-edition items

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • In certain cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
